Our commitment

SAWEN is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at Level AA.

Measures we take

We use semantic page structure, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus indicators, responsive layouts, readable color contrast, descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, and reduced-motion support where animation is used.

Known limitations

Some older documents, externally hosted files, maps, or third-party content may not yet meet the same standard. We review important public content and work to provide an accessible alternative when a limitation is identified.

If you cannot access information or complete a task, contact the SAWEN Secretariat through the contact page. Include the page address, the problem you encountered, the format you need, and the browser or assistive technology you were using when helpful. We will make a reasonable effort to respond and provide an alternative.
